Salanova is best kept in the vegetable drawer of the fridge.
Salanova with rootball is also very suitable for keeping on a cool window sill. Take care to keep it out of direct sunlight.
Salanova with rootball will last longest when the rootball remains moist. Leave the lettuce in the packaging for best results.
