Salanova® mixed salad
(serves 4 - 6)
 
  • 2 Salanova® lettuces (red and green)
  • 1 green pepper
  • lemon peel (shredded)
  • 150g arugula (rocket)

 Salanova® Mixed Salad

  Cut and wash the Salanova®. Cut the pepper into small pieces and mix them with the rocket and the Salanova®. Scatter the shredded lemon peel over the top. Bon appetit!
